+
+This Gitea service is **single-user**. I do not host people's repositories.
+
+If you want to use a Gitea instance, you can either host your own, or use a public one.
+
+You are allowed to create accounts, and you are allowed to create issues, fork my repos and make pull requests. Any repositories which are not forks will be deleted.
+If you fork one of my repos and then completely change it to a different repo, it will also be deleted.
